The "theme" picture of the trip is a fog-bound view (late June) of the lower saddle with winds in the 50 mph range looking toward the Grand. On the left is a 3000 foot drop into Idaho. On the right, more than 4000 feet down, is Jackson Hole. We were worried about the weather at this point ...
